Dear Jenny Paige,
Thank you for speaking to the Interior Architecture department last Wednesday. I continue to be amazed at the commitment to sustainability at UNCG. I found your discussion of portion control in Dining Services particularly interesting. I am really impressed with the use of compostable dinnerware (I hope that we have compost sites available soon), the focus on local and organic foods, and the oil recycling that is going on. I had no idea that all of this was happening at UNCG. Thank you for all of your work!
